The following is an overview of the full range of services offered by us to our overseas property clients. We have broken down the services into three example packages reflecting different budgets, detailing what’s included in each package, however packages can be tailored according to clients individuals needs.

‘Ground Floor’

Our entry level service for Clients who have a restricted budget or wish to operate on a ‘project basis’. Projects usually last for one month.
  • Create and implement PR campaign to launch the property/service into Ireland
  • Compose and issue press release/press information to all relevant media
  • Contact relevant overseas property journalists and associated trade publications
  • Write feature articles where necessary
  • Place support advertisements in relevant publications
  • Handle all media relations
  • Organise and manage media monitoring
  • Use different media including newspaper, magazine, radio and internet
  • Add press information to your company website where appropriate


Launch


First Floor’ PR Campaign & Press Launch

This package covers the PR campaign and a press launch in the form of an official press lunch or dinner. We would recommend using this for a period of two to three months.

PR / Press Campaign

  • Create and implement PR campaign to launch the property/service into Ireland
  • Compose and issue press release/press information to all relevant media
  • Contact relevant overseas property journalists and associated trade publications
  • Organise and manage media monitoring
  • Add press information to your company website where appropriate
Press Launch
  • Issue invitations to Journalists for press launch (lunch / dinner) and follow up calls to determine numbers
  • Organise, attend and manage press launch (lunch / dinner). Select venue, chose menu where appropriate taking into account dietary requirements or religious beliefs, vegetarian, halal, kosher etc.
  • Follow up with press coverage following event and encourage / timetable on-coming press coverage for maximum effect.
  • Issue full press packs itemising specific items of interest/press worthy and price lists – where appropriate.


Newspaper



Penthouse’ PR Campaign, Press Launch, Press Trip


The Penthouse package is the most complete and comprehensive full service package. We would recommend using this service for between three and six months.

PR / Press Campaign
  • Create and implement PR campaign
  • Compose and issue press release/press information to all relevant media
  • Compile Press packs (press release, press info, photos cd/dvd, gifts)
  • Arrange and manage photo-call, distribute photos and captions to all relevant press and associated trade publications
  • Write feature articles where necessary
  • Liaise with journalist to ensure they have sufficient material to do their write-up/feature to ensure coverage
  • Handle all media relations
  • Create Corporate profile / press editorial opportunities
  • Corporate or personnel appointments
  • New business/contract gains
  • Place support advertisements in relevant publications
  • Organise and manage media monitoring
  • Add press information to your company website where appropriate
  • Use different media including newspaper, magazine, radio and internet
Press Launch
  • Design and organise printing of official invitations
  • Issue invitations to Journalists for press launch (lunch / dinner) and follow up calls to determine numbers
  • Organise, attend and manage press launch (lunch / dinner). Select venue, chose menu where appropriate taking into account dietary requirements or religious beliefs, vegetarian, halal, kosher etc
  • Issue full client press packs, identifying various aspects of interest for press, price lists where appropriate and main contact numbers and personnel.

Press Trip
  • Organise all travel arrangements for inspection trips to Client’s property, including flights, connections, visas, immunisation, transfers to and from airports, accommodation, entertainment etc
  • Travel with journalists and manage all aspect of trips for the journalists
  • Provision of full press packs on arrival, briefing notes, points of interest, geography, climate, agenda and full schedule.

All our press information and communications are sent to the Editors and overseas property journalists of the following media:

1. National daily and Sunday newspapers
2. Relevant regional newspapers
3. Free sheets
4. Associated trade press
5. Relevant special interest publications such as golf magazine etc
6. Overseas property portals
7. Radio stations where appropriate


Viewing Trip



Updates Meetings Evaluation

This applies to all packages.
Where possible we would suggest a meeting face to face every few weeks to discuss the on-going campaign and react or change our strategy in line with market changes etc. Discuss campaign results to-date. Discuss any possible opportunities that may arise during the course of the campaign.

It should be agreed between our PR partners and you, the client, as to what evaluation method will be used to determine the success of the campaign. AVE (Advertising Value Equivalent) is a good method.

Press cuttings and details of other media coverage will be sent in a report to the Client at agreed times in line with length of campaign, weekly, monthly.

Additional Services – TV, Radio and Print ads

We have a team of creative and production experts who specialise in making one-off television, radio and press ads for Clients with budgets of all sizes. All requirements can be discussed.

Note

Please note that all costs are for professional fees and do not include VAT. This will be charged at 21% where applicable. The cost of a press launch (lunch / dinner) and press trip has to be added and is dependent on Client’s budget.

Other cost that have to be taken into account:

3. Couriers
4. Print
5. Photography
6. Travel

All third party expenses will be agreed with Client before being incurred and will be fully vouched and invoiced as they arise.
